So this isn't directly related to baby deals but it is a way to earn free stuff. Swagbucks! You use it as a search engine instead of Google and you earn points for things. You can then trade in your points for gift cards, prizes, etc.. You can even earn amazon.com gift cards which will help out with buying diapers or other gifts for baby or your family. Friday is the major point day. You search and they reward more points that day than other days. They have other ways to boost points as well. Taking polls, watching videos, offers, and referrals to name a few. So if you are interested in earning some free gift cards head over and sign up.
